Wolf Point Growth Partners Completes Fundraising, Shifts Focus To Investing
Chicago, IL (November 2011) – Wolf Point Growth Partners, an investment partnership of successful entrepreneurs, executives and professional investors, announced today that it has completed fundraising and has turned its focus toward the search for a private company in which it will make a majority investment.
Wolf Point is seeking a well-established private company with revenues of $5 million to $50 million, a history of growth and profitability, and a strong reputation within its industry segment. Wolf Point’s Managing Partner, Mike Miller, has over fifteen years working with companies in the business services and financial services industries, and will continue this focus as he leads the search for an attractive platform acquisition. Following the acquisition, Mr. Miller, will assume a senior leadership role and will work with the management team to expand the business.
